1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you" or "User") and Fortis Enterprises LLC ("Fortis," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website at fortis.enterprisesand the associated client portal (collectively, the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Fortis provides managed IT, Microsoft 365 administration, cybersecurity, and IT mergers-and-acquisitions advisory services. The Site offers:

  • Marketing information about our services and capabilities.
  • A contact form for sales and support inquiries.
  • Downloadable resources such as IT due-diligence checklists.
  • A blog with industry insights and updates.
  • A password-protected client portal for managing tickets, projects, invoices, and onboarding.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Account Access

Access to the client portal requires authentication through Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace, or an email magic link. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at policy@fortis.enterprises of any unauthorized access.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, other accounts, or computer systems.
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form.
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or place an unreasonable load on the Site or its infrastructure, including circumventing rate limits.
  • Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Site using automated tools without our prior written consent.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Site.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, downloadable materials, and software — is the property of Fortis Enterprises LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international intellectual-property laws.

You may view and download materials for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

Certain resources (e.g., checklists, whitepapers) may be made available for download in exchange for contact information. These resources are provided "as is" for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional advice. Download links are time-limited and intended for single use by the requester.

8. Third-Party Links & Services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those external sites. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT, MATERIALS, AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FORTIS ENTERPRISES LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS (US $100).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Fortis Enterprises LLC and its affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Site.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. Changes are effective when posted. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
