Before Fortis, our founder spent years watching businesses get burned by IT providers who over-promised and under-delivered. Slow response times. Surprise invoices. Security tools that were barely configured. The same problems, at company after company.
Fortis was built on a simple idea: what if an IT company actually treated your business like it mattered? What if response times were measured in minutes, not days? What if pricing was transparent and security was real — not just a checkbox?
